Yes. At Nougatini we make every effort possible to show the features of the items ( color , textures, etc.) as close to reality as possible.
Nougatini only sells items in perfect condition, so if you ever receive an item that is not, please contact our customer service department.
After making order you will receive an email contains your order details and you will receive your receipt with your order on delivery .
If you want to view your older orders you can go to “My Account” page and visit the “Orders” tab .
Nougatini unfortunately cannot accept the return of any unwanted box. When purchasing a box as a gift please make sure the recipient is able to receive the box, as any unwanted gifts delivered cannot be refunded.
Yes. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the color and size you specify. If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.
Same day delivery, except on Sundays. Please note there can be delays caused by events that are outside Nougatini control. Orders will be delivered between 3pm & 7pm
